GOG.com takes it's cut and remaining portion goes to who ever they made deal with. In case of FO 1,2 and Tactics it's Interplay for now. Because of settlement between Interplay and Bethesda rights will transfer to Bethesda after... I thing if was two years and after that any further profits will go to them.

They made a crappy fallout game and now they are bossing around


I said crappy because .. Yes its fun at some points and is a "good" game
but compared to fallout 1/2 its crappy game ..
It's just a crappy game in its own right, like most Bethesda games.

Enjoyable and immersive in many respects, but badly made.

Technically Black Isle never got a penny as it was Internal development team of Interplay. Interplay paid them salary and that's it, all proceeds from games they developed went to Interplay's coffers.
