I acquired the Fallout games during the free Fallout event, but now they're gone. Either that or I just don't know where to look. Or something else happened, and I don't know what.

Most curious. I got Fallout: Tactics during the giveaway, and it's still first on my list of games on my games page. I suggest writing to the folks at GOG and asking what's the matter.
Not disappearing on my shelf either.
I've still got mine, and I joined just to get them.
Might just be a little fumble on GOG's part as my Fallout games are also still on my shelf.
If you didn't accidentally hit the hide button under the download file you should ask the support.
First look at your shelf on top it shows the number of games you own.
Under the shelf is the box for showing your hidden games and the number of them. If there are hidden games, just
click in the box.
In the upper left corner of your shelf there is the search function.
Now just type Fallout.
If you get a blank screen without showing the games but in the down in the right corner it
says show hidden games (3)...well just click into the box.

Like i said, if nothing helps, ask support.

That's odd. If you go to the game card in the catalog, does it say whether or not you own the game?

You can also try refreshing your account page like it says in the support section:
"I have paid for a game but it isn't listed on my account? What now?
There are two possible causes of this issue. If never saw the order success screen after payng, and have received an order confirmation e-mail, then your user account may not have been properly refreshed properly, due to increased server load, or a temporary website glitch. To fix this, follow this link: https://secure.gog.com/en/account/refresh/. This should only be required once.If you never got a payment success screen, nor an order confirmation e-mail, and you're sure that the payment went through, please contact Support. It's possible that there was some problem with the payment, and we need to process the order manually.Such cases are our #1 priority as far as Support tickets go, so we should be able to resolve ths very quickly."

ForfiniteStories: (snip)
I've just sent you a key for all three Fallout games. Try to redeem it here: https://secure.gog.com/redeem
If there's a message saying "You own all the games from this gift certificate", we have to look further, if not press "Redeem gift" and your problem might be solved ;-)
Thanks everyone.

I'm not too sure what the issue is, whether that be the fault of mine or GOG or whatever. I do know for certain that I acquired the games when they had been available for free, but my memory afterwards appears to be bland, hence why I can't put any tabs as to why the retro Fallout games aren't on my shelf.

Perhaps it was server load, I clicked the wrong button, or something, I don't know. It's as if I only had a dream of acquiring the bundle on that day... bizarre. Honestly, I'm not worried about it too much... GOG already has them on sale again. Still a cheap price for a worthy bundle; I wouldn't mind spending money on it anyway, not even in the least.

But the above user gifted them to me, and I am VERY grateful. It's nice to know that there are still such generous people around - and ones who are financially capable of such a kind sacrifice, assuming that they did just buy it then.

Found another funny symptom. If I sort my games by purchase date, there isn't any fallout game.

If I sort by title name, all three fallout games can be seen and there are download links.

I'm lucky to have already downloaded all three games. But I'm still able to get the download links in in title sort only.

Don't know, why it's not working in "purchase date" sort order. But it does seem to be a generic error on server side, not an individual broken account setting.

...
Interesting. I just checked this with my account and all three titles appear no matter what sorting, but I only added Fallout Tactics during the last GOG giveaway of the games.
