Groovy, so I can buy these games and get the fallout bible. The bible really intrigues me, but as I look at my two copies of FO1 and the FO1 coaster I have (yaay out of state cousins,) plus my copy of FO2 that's I'm wanting to install, I can't help but remember back in the day when they first came out. I seem to remember there being a Pen & paper rulebook that was released in extremely limited supply.
If you guys can get the .PDF of that as free swag with game purchase I would drop the caps in a heartbeat to pick it up.
it looks like that may only still be available in the retail package that is floating around on amazon and ebay.
I admit though, that would be a very tempting item..
Was this Fallout Combat the miniatures game?

The actual D20 fallout game was canned.

There's a user made one, not sure if it's based on the original

I've thought about this before, and I decided long ago that if I wanted to play a Fallout PnP game, I'd just use GURPS. It has pretty much everything you need.
Not that that really answers your question, but in my opinion a Fallout-specific PnP game is kind of superfluous.
GURPS makes me pull my hair out. I would just modify White Wolf.
I still have the original discs for both Fallout and Fallout 2 as well, so I won't be buying them on GOG unless their version actually has new gameplay features. But I've never played Fallout Tactics. I just bought it on GOG and it also comes with the Fallout Bible, which is pretty good for $5.09 (weekend RPG discount).
What if Fallout had an editor, sorta like tactics.
mapper..... it is editor for fallout :)
Pen and paper manual? What was it like and what made it different (other than written in pen)?
Thanks
Pen and paper manual means manual for "pen and paper" version of fallout (like Advanced dungenons and dragons, or shadowrun)

That still is not clear to me what you are saying it really is or what it does. I am still confused on this one.
