Hi

When installinf Fallout 3 in german (default for me) and switching it to english later there is one very small thing that stays germen, the pipboy picture.
When opening the pipboy it should read "items", but it still ready "ggst" which is german for gegenstände. Everything else works fine and it is not really a problem, but if you got too much time on your hands.

After switching to English language try GOG Galaxy to verify Fallout 3 game's files. Maybe it'll download something more...
