They have the whole movie on Youtube and I know that the Fallout games were inspired by the book/movie so is it worth a watch?

Personally, I loved it. It's the best Don Johnson movie ever made (or the best movie Don Johnson ever made), for whatever that's worth. It's got a great ending.
