I don't know if this is even a issue or not, but when I play Fallout it's not full screen. There's an inch - 2 inches cut off on the left and right. It's no biggie, but I was just curious if this is normal.

Is there a simple(I'm computer illiterate) way to make it full screen?

Also, I thought I read when downloaded it that it included an instruction manual and artwork and some other junk, how to I access that stuff?

You can access the instructions manual/artwork in your "my games" section of the GOG website, it has everything listed there including the avatars, wallpapers and plethora of extra stuff.

To answer your first question, the original Fallout games were developed in smaller resolutions, so yes they are supposed to have those borders on each side because the games are native to a 4:3 aspect ratio, however there are unofficial patches for each game that you can manually install (FIXT for Fallout and Killap's Restoration Project for Fallout 2, respectively) which make the games playable in 16:9, thus taking up the full width of your monitor. Those don't come pre installed with the GOG versions however.
