I have a issue with fallout 2, the screem settings dosent appear, i think if i change the resolution i coud read the texts much better.

I assume you use Galaxy? The reason you don't see the screen settings is because the game is set to start from the wrong exe file. It was changed in the last update and I even reported it but it has not been fixed yet. To fix it you can go to the game options (next to the play button) -> manage instalation -> configure -> features and click on add another executable. Find Fallout2Launcher.exe in your fallout2 folder and add it. Now Fallout2Launcher.exe should show up on your list of executables at the end -> just click on default executable under it and OK. Now the game will start from it and you will have the screen settings . Also you may get asked about the hi-res mod at the start - do NOT disable it. Instead go to your game folder open ddraw.ini and set HiResMode=0 instead of 1 and save
