Hi! ran into a bit of an issue, Fallout 1 is actually a lot more buggy than I expected, no big deal for the most part, tho I've had framerate issues with the MOD to run the game on DirectX, tho that's not the issue I have today.

Quest related, so, spoiler alert, I guess, for people who haven't finished the game, or this particular side quest.

See, in the quest that takes place in The Boneyard, the leader of the Blades died, now, I've told that if you take too long in her quest, she gets killed, but i'm fairly sure this is not the case since i'm at the end of that questline, and none of the NPCs in the Blades HQ seems to acknowledge she died, besides her model is static, or, well, half of it at least, her legs are there, looking like she was standing there, but it says it's her remains. So...i'm fairly sure she died by error, and I'm worried this means I won't be able to finish the quest, even tho i'm basically at the end of it, and I'm wondering if there's anything I can do about it.

About all you can do is reload a previous save.

Dead is Dead in the Fallout series; unlike fantasy-based RPGs, there are no magical spells that can bring dead characters back to life with a shrug and a hand-wave. ;)

Actually, in Wasteland (precursor to Fallout), there was a way to revive dead characters (but only once). There is one point where your party can be thrown in prison and hit with gas, lowering everybody's CON to 1. For whatever reason, that cures all conditions including the "dead" condition, allowing for resurrection.
Once they're dead, they're dead. Sorry laddy.
