If you have pixels showing up in funky colors, like this... the first image....
If your system is similar to this, HDMI Monitor, but running through a videocard that is currently sending DVI Video through your HDMI Monitor. Also this relates to a OS that is Vista 64 Ultimate with 4 gis of Ram.
Solution is the last image...

I will turn off photoshop then Steam and see what happens, All the Shortcut launch option are unchecked again, debugging purposes.
Something in Steam is affecting how the Engine draws. Turned off Steam first.
