Unfortunately the free gift codes were disabled soon after end of the offer so now that the games are gone from catalog (damn Bethesda, burn in hell) only way to get it now is from someone who actually purchased it as gift (payed for it) before the removal. Such gift codes should still work even now.

You only get the following trying to redeem any of the free fallout codes:

This giftcode was part of our 48 hour giveaway of Fallout. Unfortunately, the code is no longer operational as the giveaway has ended. Don't worry, though, because we have hundreds of other great games on GOG.com, including 12 free ones!

Thank You for the fast reply!

I recently found out that. I bought the original games on CD once, but those need to be spared and some work-around must be done to make them win7 x64 compatible as well, but as it is seems now, i can not avoid the extra work.
