I dont know if its my load order or what but the Laser rifle texture is all messed up, but when im using it the texture it fine i was wondering if any pro modders could help me resolve my problem and tell me if its a known glitch with a mod i use or my load order is wrong any help would be nice and also i know its just a skin of a gun, i am not crying about it, it just would be nice if it would not look like it. Also the animation for ADS for the laser rifle is bugged as well, it only goes to the iron sights when i fire and goes back to the same position after i fire it.

i also have New Vegas Stutter remover and NVAC but it does not show in load order and i do have FOSE.
Any help would be nice.
