I don't recall such option from within the game, but maybe by modifying some preferences files in the game directory (always make a back up of a file you're about to change). And if not that, my Logitech mouse drivers allow me to map keyboard keys into mouse buttons and make those settings application specific. This of course depends on your mouse and the driver options.

Does anyone know a way to rebind the keys? I looked in the fallout.cfg, but I didn't see anything. Is there a mod which makes this possible?

I'm considering using a mapper, but it will have to map current keys to unused keys obviously. Would be nice to have more flexibility.
