There is, the game can be downloaded in multiple languages. No idea if the german version is censored, though, I don't play in german cause the translations are usually hilariously bad.

If Steam version is censored, then GOG version is too as it's same as on Steam just with steam stuff disabled.

The UE is uncut worldwide. There doesn't exist a cut version of the UE.

No, it's not censored. The Ultimate Edition is uncensored even if you buy it from Germany. (I have the Ultimate on Steam)

It doesn't seem to be censored at all. I downloaded from GOG and have shot the first person who doesn't wear a helmet when the Overseer and that goon interrogate Amata. His head exploded, so I assume nothing is cut.

That's bullshit. As far as I know - and I can ensure this on many games I own - GoG never had any censored versions. Except for a few games that give you optionally a second download of the censored version.

But all censored Steam games are uncut and uncut only on GoG
