is this the correct order to install fallout 2 from gog

english US official patch 1.02d (is this even needed any more?)

F2_restoration_project_2.3.3.exe

Additional patches aren't needed if you're going to use Restoration Project. Just install Fallout 2, then Restoration Project and then you can update sfall, because the version included in RP is quite old. The last step is not needed (although recommended) - you can play RP as it is.
Configure RP and sfall - and you're ready to play the game.
