I want to get to Morpheus but I can't find the robes everyone's wearing. Is there a character I can steal them from. I have a high steal skill.

There's a shopkeeper to your right (assuming you're in the room with the big screens). You can use some super stimpacks to kill the man (he's wearing the robe).

Have you visited the Children of the Cathedral Priest in the Hub? From memory, there should be a spare robe in one of the rooms. IIRC the room is near her "office", and it's locked so you'll need to pick it or force it open. The robe should either be lying on the ground in that room, or in one of the containers/drawers/wardrobes (it's been a while so can't remember exactly).

Anyway I found this the easiest way to get the robes as you don't have to kill anyone to get them, although you may need to ensure you're not busted breaking into the room. Then again, if you've been here chances are you're going to kill the people in here anyway - but they're a lot easier to handle than those in the Cathedral, since you can happily take them all out without everyone on the map going hostile.
