Fallout 2 creates a folder with a random name in AppData\Roaming to store the visual settings.

C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\Fallout2\[random name]\f2_res.ini

Is there a way to tell the game not to use this location, and use the file that's already in the game folder?
