i am a huge fallout fan, and i want to play tactics, but im also not that great with computers and the gog downloader wont launch i have re installed it so many times but when i press the download button nothing happens

so i tried to download the game the other way, and the game comes in parts, and im not sure how to install it the first part to says to specify the location of part 2, so i try to run part 2 and a window pops up saying, to open this file windows needs to know what program you want to use to open it
and now i dont know what to do please somebody help me

Put the three parts you downloaded in the same folder, and run this file: setup_fallout_tactics_2.0.0.8
It's the only file with a orange icon.
