Take a look behind the scenes to see how some of the best classic PC games were made. We're posting a list of all GOG.com editorials that have been posted.
From the very beginning of GOG.com we wanted to be something more than just a digital distribution outlet with old games. Our goal was to create a community of people who share the same passion for classic PC games. Maybe not all GOG.com users know, but we've worked with some journalists and writers and have already published a number of retrospective articles that show the development process of some of the best games of all time. In the [url=http://www.gog.com/en/editorial/gog_com_list_editorials/]continuation of this article you'll find links to all editorials that have been released on GOG.com.
Wow, thanks, this sure comes handy for keeping track of those cool editorials!

Indeed a thank you, I know this was something a few of us were requesting a while back, so some people be happy. Or at least, I am, as it makes it easier to keep track of them all :)
Is this going to be linked elsewhere on the main page?, as it will soon fall away in the news and forum posts.

Agreed (with both).

The Giants: Citizen Kabuto one and the Sacrifice one make me miss Shiny Entertainment so much.
i really, really want more of these editorials. they are one of my favorite things about this site.
and honestly, every time i read one i go out and buy the game it was about immediately afterwards, i have to experience it for myself
happened with mdk 2, fallout, and sacrifice
edit: why is this in the fallout forum?

In Hungary, we have a (mosty) PC magazine in which there is a one-page article about a classic game/series, which is chosen based on some actuality in the game indusrty (in the latest edition, it was about the Duke Nukem series, actual because of 3DR's demise; in the edition before that, it was about the Gobli(ii)ns-series, because of the new Goblins-game, etc.). The guy who does it has quite an insight on this topic, and has a good style as well, so it's always a good read.
I mentioned it because these editorials remind slightly me of those articles, and I feel somewhat spoiled, that I have at least double the dosage of good, classic game-related reads ;-).

You guys should always keep a link to this editorials list right here, in the open, so every one can readily find it at any one time.
