in any case, with antiviruses and mo2, you gotta add this

Add the following to exclusion in windows defender
modorganizer.exe
nxmhandler.exe
usvfs_proxy_x64.exe
usvfs_proxy_x86.exe

I get
"Error"
"This shortcut is for instance 'Portable' but Mod Organizer is currently running for 'Fallout London'. Exit Mod Organizer bedfore running the shortcut or change the active instance."

Also had:
"Error"
"Executable 'Fallout London' does not exist in instance 'Portable'.

How can I fix this strange one?
In the Mod Organizer, when you open it. Is the title/name of file Fallout London?
In the files in mod organizer, when you open executables is name again Fallout London? or Fallout London.exe ?
when you were creating bat to exe, you wrote there Fallout London. - So, be sure, the same name is everywhere where it is file or name of it. I had similar problem today too.
