Hello, I just downlaoded FO2 and i am running vista 64 bit, And In FMVs and a bit ingame the colors are messed up, To the point in some fmvs (The one at the beggining) Are so bad I cant even see it. Help me please :)

How?

Set it to 256 colors, run in 640x480 resolution and run in Windows 95 mode in the compatability options for the game

I had the exact same problem, I'll try to play with the options, hopefully that will work. Is it the options in the start menu?

I changed the settings but they haven't changed..... It's making the game very frustrating to play. Any other advice?

double check your video card settings, check their programs ati tray tools or nvidia tray tools.. those can sometimes force a program into displaying differently than what it's supposed to.
also, if it's vista try running as admin too.. not that it'll help anyway.. just a smoother experience..

that's why, you're using compatibility for XP, try compatibility for win98 or later, also try setting it in 640x480

I have a HDM Monitor running through a DVI attached to my Geforrce 7800 GTX 256mbs.
Making a new Topic for this, so if others have the same issues... with any game in general.
NOTE: I made it a seperate topic, as my problem related to pixels not to specific colors.

I set Fallout 2 to Windows 95 compatibility and set it to 256 colors and 640x480 res. I have the "Disable Display" whatever box checked too.
And I have the Hi-Res patch installed.
I'm running it on Vista w/ a HDMI monitor attached to a DVI port with a nVidia 8600 series card.
