The game itself loads fine and once I click start new game it loads the screen goes to boot up and black screens and crashes. My specs for my pc are Intel core I3-2350m @ 2.30 GHZ, 8gb of RAM, windows 10 version 1909

Intel graphics are not supported. There is a mod that may or may not work around that. There is your problem unless you have a graphics card that you forgot to mention.

You can search this subforum for threads about this. It has been discussed many times. Not everyone succeeds in getting the game to run though. You need that mod(ification) to play. Good luck!
