After being a made man by the Wright family, I went to the Raiders Camp and killed all the raiders. Left there for VC to tell them I had wiped out the Raiders and show them the account books and Bishops holodisc and to get the antidote.
The only person I can get to talk to me about me wiping out the Raiders is Sgt. Sark. He sends me to see Lynette. I can get no conversation options with her to talk about wiping out the raiders, or to talk about or take the account book or the holodisc. Nor will anyone else in VC talk about it.
I purchased the game here at gog.com and have Killap's unofficial patch ver. 1.02.25 loaded. I have read his patch readme and there is nothing about this problem.
I'm just at a lost as to what to do next.

1.Is there a chance I've missed a trigger somewhere for this conversation to take place?
2. What happens if I just ignore this part and countinue on to Redding to del. the antidote? Will I still be able to finish the game?
I'm really enjoying the game and would like to finish it. I'm playing without a walkthrough.
I've also posted this at the "No Mutants Allowed" site in the event some of you guys go there to. I just want to find out what happened and what I can do next.
Thanks in advance.

Lynette is 1 of the hardest characters to deal with in FO2.
She's easily annoyed and offended, requires respect and a certain intelligence from your character.
You should always save before talking to her.

From Per Jorner's FO2 page 'The Nearly Ultimate Fallout 2 Guide':
If you have Bishop's Holodisk you can't show it to Lynette until after you give her the Account Book. Importantly, if you have both the book and the disk in your inventory when you report back to Lynette, you miss out on the reward for finding the Account Book and skip directly to Vault City quest 5. So drop the Holodisk first.

If you can't or don't want to reload, you can only move on with other quests.
