Maleketh: I recently bought fallout tactics, but upon running the setup program, my PC locks up. I can't close or otherwise interact with any programs; even Control-Alt-Delete doesn't open the Task manager. Disabling my antivirus didn't help, nor did downloading a new copy of the setup program.
In case it's important, I'm running Windows XP SP2.

korell: Have you tried running the executable as an admin?

Willowleafs: Also, sometimes, the set-up program can seem to lock up, but is just really busy doing what it should do. At times it can take several minutes for it to seem functional again. I've had some installers from here that took over 5 minutes, but in the end they pulled through.
