Hey guys,

I've seen a bit of chatter here and there about this but never anything definitive. The scrolling and movement of Fallout Tactics on Win 7 is incredibly slow on my machine.

I've got a pretty new rig with high powered pieces but for whatever reason, this game is running worse than it did back on Win 98. Are there any patches or settings one can change to get back to a smooth running game? I tried unchecking anti-aliasing but it doesn't do anything other than make the environment look worse.
