I've read the GOG article about modding FNV. I've never played it before. I think I need to install these mods in this order for the best, most bug-free experience:

(1) Script Extender | http://nvse.silverlock.org/
(2) ENBoost CTD / Memory Patch | http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/51670
(3) Stutter Remover | http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/34832/
(4) Yukichigai Unofficial Patch | http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/51664/
(5) Vanilla UI Plus | http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/62108
(6) POCO BUENO Texture Pack | http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/42028

These are my PC specs:

Intel i7-870 @ 2.93GHz
4 cores / 8 logical processors
4GB RAM
Nvidia Gefore GTX 460
Windows 7 64-bit

- Is the order correct?
- Am i missing any mods? Or are any of these already included in the GOG version?
- Will any of these mods stress my PC hardware too much?

Any help appreciated, thanks.
Don't worry about the order, it is correct. When you're installing many mods use a tool like LOOT to sort out your mods so they don't override one another:
https://loot.github.io/

You're not missing any mods, for new players NVSE, Memory Patch and other optimization mods along with Unofficial Patch is all you need. If you wish to see more mods and what to download see guides like this:

https://www.reddit.com/r/FalloutMods/wiki/moderation/newvegas_mods

None of these should stress your PC even when playing at 1080p you will probably see 60+ FPS most of the time.

thanks! What do you mean by "other optimization mods"? Any ones in particular?

Also, I saw this:

NVAC - New Vega Anti Crash | http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/53635/?

Do I need this as well?
NVAC is highly recommended.
If you read the compatibility on the nvse page it says that it only supports the Steam version of FNV. From what I understand nvse needs to be updated before it will support the non-DRM version of FNV.; In effect this means that any mod for FNV which nvse is essential for will not work for this version of FNV. This includes Roy Batty's 4GB patch, although I have heard that patch is included in this version of FNV. It would be nice if this could be confirmed or not by someone more knowledgeable than I about the 4GB patch.

People who have compared the exes have reported that they're identical in all the ways that matter. NVSE should work without issue and has for me so far.

The 4GB patch does not require NVSE, it's a stand-alone application that you run once. And yes, the GOG version is 4GB enabled by default.

That page needs an update. NVSE works fine with the GOG version, a long as you launch from the nvse loader not Galaxy.
