I bought FNV on Steam back in 2013 however Steam has changed the game's region to Russia for all Eastern European countries. Therefore I can't mod the game. If I buy it on GoG will it be the international version?
To all those who have bought the game on GoG, could you mod it? is NVSE, Project Nevada, MSM, and other heavy scripted mods working for you?

I just bought the GOG version (I live in Canada if it makes a difference)
It's heavily modded and working fine.

That's a bull. Fallout New Vegas RU is fully moddable. I have modded full of it.
