With my edition of F4: GOTY, none of the DLC seems to be working. As far as I can tell, all the files are in the "Data" folder, but Gog galaxy doesn't recognize that the DLC exists. When I do the suggested route of Settings - Manage Installation - Configure - DLC, there's nothing to select.

The DLC do not load in game. Vanilla/base game, none of the DLC load/function at all, as if it wasn't GOTY edition and I hadn't bought any DLC. Modded, any mods that rely on certain DLC files (such as the Unofficial Patch) can't load because it thinks I'm missing those files.

As an example, the Unofficial Patch requires DLCRobot.esm; that file is in the game's Data folder, but it's not being detected (and the DLC is not functioning).

I don't use Gog galaxy, but you could try just making a .txt file and copy and paste what's below:
DLCCoast.esm
DLCNukaWorld.esm
DLCRobot.esm
DLCworkshop01.esm
DLCworkshop02.esm
DLCworkshop03.esm

Then save it as DLCList.txt and place it in C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Fallout4

And this would enable the DLCs (that I should have since it's GOTY) to load? The txt file will be enough for the game to go "oh, there's the dlc files"?
