Anyone has the same problem with me not being able to play FallOut 3 after the latest update/patch on GOG ?? I mean I can access into the game but when I press "Tab" to access the Pip-Boy, game will crash and boot me out back to GOG interface
I have similar problem too. whenever I press e or tab or esc during the game it crashes immediately.

I have the same problem with New Vegas. The Windows event log shows the faulting module as GOG.com\Galaxy\redists\overlay\injected\proxydinput_Win32_Release.dll, I turned off the overlay and it now works OK.

I am also experiencing a crash issues recently when I try using V.A.T.S. or my pip-boy. I recently updated Windows and GOG Galaxy. I tried update/fix option in GOG galaxy and also uninstalling/reinstalling the game and still the same issue.

The solution is uninstalling/reinstalling the game and still the same issue.

It's seeks that Galaxy has a bug since last update (See this post).

Maybe is a good idea to try the game without galaxy or following the indications on that post.

I was having the same issue, and didn't think to check the forums. I though it was just me having the problem, and I was worried it was a corrupted save... I can say though after the latest patch about a week ago I am back to playing the game with no issues.
