GfWL is awful. This does mean that Fallout 3 does not have GfWL anymore, right? That alone would be a reason enough to repurchase this game.

It doesn't have GFWL anymore. There's a button in the main menu that says LIVE but it does nothing at all. :)

Good to have a confirmation to this. I of course assumed that GfWL would not be present in the GoG.com version, since it's DRM free, but I had to be sure. Thanks! :)
