EDIT: It works with a different mouse. I think it's a driver issue. My main mouse doesn't have Win10 drivers.

As the title says I can't change any controls relating to the mouse. I had the GFWL version and had no problem with this at all. Is there some way to workaround this? I've had a look at the FalloutPrefs file and the bindings are all alphanumeric so I've got no clue what's what.

Any help would be appreciated.
