I'm in the Den trying to free Vic. For this, I need his radio, which I picked up in Klamath before. But now I don't have it! I have used two sellers in Klamath, Sajag in the Golden Gecko, and Maida Buckner of the Buckner House. I didn't sell them the radio intentionally, although by mistake I could have. I haven't bartered with anyone in the Den so far. I have also checked all the stealing kids (via the steal skill) if they stole the radio from me (although I use combat mode to enter/exit the buildings they stand in front of), none of them has it. Has anyone lost Vic's radio before? I went back to Klamath and checked Sajag and Maida's stock, but the radio is not there. If I sold it to them, could it have disappeared? Is that normal?

P.S. I'm using Killap's unofficial patch.

Just want to chime in and say that on one of my replays the EXACT same thing happened to me - the radio simply wasn't in my inventory any more when I got to Vic. I'm certain I didn't sell it as I already knew how important it was. I was using the official patches only. Must be a bug I guess!

Weird. I did the exact same thing and I had to start over.

MAYBE WE ALL HAD THE SAME SAVEGAME FILE.

Are you sure the kids didn't pickpocket it? I think that once they pickpocket you, they often end up selling the stuff to one of the merchants, so check the merchants in town and see if they have Vic's radio for sale.

Something similar happened to me when I played and I was pretty sure it was the pickpocketing kids.
