i think you need to get permission to go up there before you do anything with her. Or as you seem to have the noticed, the guards will not like your presence.

As Azarr said, first get permission to go upstairs from the guards at the stairs but instead of going up get it on with the woman then have chat with the boss.
Bit of a design flaw isn't it as there's no way to get to those rooms beside going thru the room with the boss :p

Yah. I'm just not high level enough to survive an escape from the third floor. I decided to go to new vault city first. I think new reno is too tough for my current XP. :)

If your sneak is high enough, you should be able to sneak past Bishop and his guards. Other than that, there isn't really an option aside from having permission in the first place or killing everyone on the way down. And if you kill everyone, you'll likely miss out on the opportunity to bed Bishop's wife as well, so my advice is to get permission first. A good way is to bring the suitcase for Bishop from Moore in Vault City.

If I remember right it's the head dudes wife and he's not exactly ok with it. I believe you can do it via made man and the be ok. Or alternatively use it to get in to kill the head dude for another faction. But it's been a while since I played this out.

I shagged mother and daughter both and then killed everyone on my way out. ;)
The mother was annoyed that I boinked her daugter first, but that didn't stop her from offering up the goods and then mumbling the safe combo after we finished up.
I had permission to be there but couldn't avoid combat on the way out because I was taking too long to complete a quest for Bishop and he got pissed off.
I took a few Grease Gun rounds to my dermal plating, no big thing. But it was "go time". So I slipped my power armor back on (you have to take it off before the nookie starts) and turned Bishop into "asshole mist" with my Bozar. So much for being a "made man". But I left behind a bunch of "un-made" men.
Then me and my three power-armor clad buddies wandered out of the casino leaving a trail of broken bodies in our wake. I'm not sure why the random gamblers thought it was a good idea to bring a knife to a high-tech post-apocalyptic gun fight...

The first time I played Fallout 2 I ended up in the same predicament as you.
To get out of it, I ended up using all the Jet I had on me and fighting my way out. If I recall correctly, I had something like 29 action points. :D

I just blasted my way through everyone. It's funny because after I took out all the Bishops, and that other crime family (the one that runs Redding) I was idolized by the city overall. It's worth it.

The Moridinos?
