Every time I try to play the game a few minutes in it throw this error message:
The instruction at 10033e4a referenced memory at 00000000
The memory could not be read from.
And the game crashes.
This happened after I fixed the color problem that a lot of people were having with windows 7 though I hadn't really played it before that to see if that is the problem. I have tried restarting the computer, reinstalling the game, running it in compatibilitiy mode and as administrator.

Is this from loading from a save or brand new game? If its a save could you try making a new game and seeing if it crashes on that or not?

Both It doesn't happen on the menu screen though, only during the actual gameplay. There doesn't really appear to be any pattern to the crashes they just happen randomly.
