About 4 weeks ago they sent me a email saying they are looking into it.
I have sent 2 emails since then asking for an status update and haven't received a reply.

Missing the whole Fallout series from my account. 1, 2 and tactics..... Can't contain my Fallout 4 hype!

Yeah, I've posted twice about this issue and messaged blues with no answer.

No, refreshing accounts won't work.

No, showing hidden games don't work.

And apparently, responding to this issue is of little priority. Not sure what to do.
