I have the Steam version of Fallout 1/2/Tactics, and the videos (on F1 at least) are really choppy and horrid looking. My colors in game are fine, but I want to be able to see the talking heads without them leaving parts of their face all over my screen. Does the GOG version have this problem? I might just be willing to purchase them all again, just to be rid of this issue.

Sorry, a little late here, but I can say that I've not had this problem with Fallout 1 (the only one I own at the moment). I've run it on two computers, an old XP box running an Nvidia card and a new Windows 7 rig with an ATI/AMD card, each with the latest drivers, and the videos are smooth without any artifacts.

But graphics problems like that are hard to troubleshoot in an old game. Two nearly identical rigs might run the same game two very different ways.
This thread from the Steam forums might have the answers. It tells you how to fix the colouring issues
