I wanted to take my Fallout save with me on m y Laptop. I have found the data no problem. However I can't seem to get the save to work on my other computer. I get an error message "unable to load game." I copied the file from Win 7 to Vista. IDK if that makes the difference or not. Can anyone help?

Make sure both games have exactly the same patches applied.
edit:
Also don't install into program files on vista try some other path or some other HDD partition, maybe the Vista UAC has something to do with it.
