When I launch Fallout 1 (Windows 10 x64) I get an error dialog saying "failure initializing input devices" and the game does not start. Does anyone know if there's a fix?

I got this working by going to the game installation directory and running "f1_rec_config.exe" and clicking "Manually Edit Config". In the "[INPUT]" section, change "ALT_MOUSE_INPUT=0" to "ALT_MOUSE_INPUT=1".

Where is the Game Installation directory
I have followed the instructions. The game appears to run in the background but it is not displaying at all, I can't see the game anywhere despite of using Alt + Tab. Is there a solution to this?

P.S. In case nobody understands what the game installation directory is located, just find the Fallout folder that you implemented while installing the game, and follow the instructions.
