I have Fallout 1 and 2 on Steam and I am thinking of buying those two games on GOG again to have DRM-free copies. Is there a difference between those games here and there? I haven't played them on Steam for ages and when I reinstalled them a couple of days ago I was asked, whether I wanted to "play Fallout" (apparently a steam version) or "Fallout Classic". The steam version seems to have been patched: When I kill someone there's blood and I have full hd resolution. So how do the GOG versions compare, classic or patched?

Thanks in advance.

Sounds good. So, I'll give them a try on GOG. However, I'll probably wait for the Black Friday sale... maybe, Fallout goes on sale then. ;)
