The only issues I really have at the moment are when scrolling the view seems to be very jerky, and sometimes the computer turns take a while on full turn based combat mode. Does it do turns for all enemies even for the ones not involved in the combat, because that's almost what it seems to be doing.

Tactics doesn't have a ddraw.dll like the other fallout games.
The problem doesn't actually seem that bad though the more I'm playing it. The animations & sounds are all smooth, it just seemed that when scrolling the view it didn't do it as smoothly as I expected.
The CPU turns can still take a while. I'm guessing it does process all the AI's turns, even the ones that are involved in combat, because the more enemies in the mission I kill the less time it takes for the CPU turns to complete.
