winepaw: I have a problem with my keyboard and I'm looking to change some keys, I've looked for some guides but none of them work, is there any way to make some change in the keybindings since I want to change the Esc key for another like End for example since that first key is the one that is failing on my PC

There really isn't a way to change the ESC / main menu key in game or thru the FalloutPrefs.ini.
You could try keybinding mods like... Stewie's Tweaks? I assume it is on Nexus somewhere. I don't know if it can change ESC/Main menu.
Or you can use an external program to hotkey any key you want to mimic ESC. This works outside of the game as well, so would have to remember to stop AutoHotKey if don't want it outside of game.

I used the PowerToys app to make that keyboard change, but it didn't work in-game. I tried the program you mentioned, and it didn't work either.
I've read that changing some codes in a notepad document can make this change. Could it be done with a key like the End key to replace the Escape key and open the game menu?
