Hey guys, got a problem with Fallout 1...
When i try to run the game, i get an error window saying that the game needs at least 20mb of hard drive space to run, then quits... i have several hundred gig available, so i dont know what the problem is... running on vista sp1

Open up the fallout.cfg file in the root directory, at the bottom change the variable free_space to I think 0, IIRC. Mine says 20480 and works fine so you could try that too. The problem is Fallout was made well before these big hard drives and doesn't always see the free space properly. :)

problem was fixed by setting the game to run in compatability mode for Windows 95
