To me, was very interested Tycho, because Fallout New Vegas take him as a reference for their Desert rangers.

By the way, Wasteland 2 has reference to the classic Fallouts as well (Beginning wit the pouch bags that you can fin early in the game)

To be fair, Fallout was originally going to be made a wasteland 2, so it is not too hard for the many similarities, and references in the fallout series and wasteland 2 :)
