Fallout 2 is the one game that keeps me coming back to it time and time again. Sure, the interface is clunky and the graphics haven't dated all that well and, yes, the combat isn't the best, but Fallout 2 is one of those few games that nails the immersion and atmosphere--not to mention the story and dialogue--perfectly.
