i had placed the Hans flamethrower unique weapon in a heavy weapons rack in the player home in Themshaven and after i exited and returned to Themshaven if i where to look in the direction or get close to the flamethrower it would crash my game. i fixed it by using the console to move through the walls to get just the edge of the weapon on my screen and used the console to disable it.
