I don't have the steam version, I bought the GOG version but didn't download it. Then I installed the One-click edition and launched it. It ran thru the Fallout London opening but then loaded the original FO 4 character creation and just hanged on loading after that was done.

How do I activate the Fallout London mod?

Sorry if this has been answered already, i searched "one click" and got no results.

Having the same issue.

I have tried deleting the whole Fallout folder from the GOG folder, deleting the Fallout 4 folder from My Documents\My Games.

Character builder looks like the OG Fallout, it then goes black. If I load last save I'm in America somewhere. I did manage to beat my husband to death tho, was expecting more game.
I got it working...

I uninstalled One-click edition, then did a search on my drive for "Fallout 4" and deleted every single thing that appeared.

Then I did the following:

1. Download and install regular FO4
2. Run FO4 once, set graphics settings from the launcher, then hit "play"
3. Quit FO4 once it gets to the main menu.
4. Disable FO4 cloud saves (right click F04 > manage installation > configure > features)
5. Download and install regular Fallout London mod (not the one-click version)
6. Run Fallout London and click install in the launcher. Wait for install to finish.
7. Click "Play" in the Fallout London launcher.

runs perfectly.

I guess its just a problem with the one-click edition.

Also, if you have the FO4 GOTY edition from GOG, theres no need to do downgrade it - only need to downgrade the steam version.
So, it's not really a "one-click" install.

Damn, knew it was too good to be true.
"Accessing Fallout: London through the dedicated launcher was already a piece of cake, but with GOG's One-click Mods, it’s now even easier.

As long as you own Fallout 4 GOTY, this version of the mod requires no additional steps. Just install it and start playing!"

So that was a lie.

hehe
having the same issue with the game staying at a black screen after character creation... I guess they are still ironing out the bugs
hi
The problem is that there is no plugins.txt
Open the folder
C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Fallout4
Create a new text file and name it plugins.txt
Enter the following text

*Fallout4.esm
*DLCCoast.esm
*DLCNukaWorld.esm
*DLCRobot.esm
*DLCworkshop01.esm
*DLCworkshop02.esm
*DLCworkshop03.esm
*LondonWorldSpace-DLCBlock.esp
*LondonWorldSpace.esm

That worked. How did their QA miss something that fundamental. I guess they had used machines with old installations with manual modding.

In the spirit of London, mustn't grumble, keep calm and carry on. Pip pip! (boy)

Thanks very much!

unfortunately didn't work for me. Oh well... i guess i will miss out. I don't really want to go through all the hoops of installing the normal version
Hi, I have two problems with the Fallout: London One-click Edition. I have a fix for one and a partial fix for the second problem

After you have installed Fallout London One-click Edition, open the installed folder and run the Fallout4Launcher.exe
This will create the files you will need to edit

Fix 1
If you get the error
PRKF
Check if loose Files enabled
PRKF will NOT work properly

Open Documents/My Games/Fallout4 and open Fallout4.ini and check for
bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
sResourceDataDirsFinal=

If missing, add to the [Archive] section of the file

bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
sResourceDataDirsFinal=

and add to the Fallout4Custom.ini

Note, I do not know if this is a full fix or if there is more to do to fix this problem

Fix 2
open C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Fallout4, where the username is the username for your current user you are logged on as

Create a new empty text file and rename it to plugins.txt. Note: if you do not have the option in Windows to show file extensions, then you name the file plugins and enter the following

*Fallout4.esm
*DLCCoast.esm
*DLCNukaWorld.esm
*DLCRobot.esm
*DLCworkshop01.esm
*DLCworkshop02.esm
*DLCworkshop03.esm
*LondonWorldSpace-DLCBlock.esp
*LondonWorldSpace.esm

Note the * at the start of the line, in important, it tells the game that the file is enabled and needs to load
