Hi there,

I killed the Syndicate NPCs in Wintergarden, but the Syndicate Sniffer NPC somehow managed to open the door where Lazarus was locked behind.

Now I can't start the dialogue with Lazarus but I see the quest-marker on the openend door. There's no way of interacting with the door though.

Any idea on how to proceed?

What is the QuestId. Or better yet what is full the commands that need to be typed. I'm a little confused on what to input.
