GOG basic download files indicate patch level 2.1.

Is this the same numbering Stardock is using in their forum (where 2.3 is available - however as a kind of a beta [opt in only] - since January)?

If yes, is Stardock not providing those missing patches to GOG or is GOG not requesting them from Stardock?
