The Falcon collection was a bit of an impulse buy. I just recalled how the magazines were praising Falcon A.T. and how I never had the chance to try it out myself. Aand now I have.
Anyways. Even though Falcon Gold is listed for Linux, the Falcon 4.0 extra is just for Windows and so of course is the very interesting-looking Falcon BMS that everyone is talking about. So, I thought I'd share the mention that BMS seems to me to run okay on Wine (staging, 1.7.53).
The only issue that I noticed was that it was important to disable Configuration -> Settings Hardware -> Triple Buffering from the launcher menu, otherwise the screen was all black when the flying was supposed to start. Other than that it seemed to run fine, joystick and everything.
I didn't really play it much though, at least not yet.
