So just thought I would share my issue, incase someone else had the same problem I was having.
I have a Lenovo Flex 2-15 Intel i5 4210u and HD4400 Graphics.
If you cant get the game to launch, check your Graphics setting and disable the Application Optimal Mode and turn off CMA. This worked for me. Might just be the Application Optimal Mode is really the issue, but haven't tried forcing the CMA setting with Application Optimal Mode disabled, yet.
