Expendable crashes my computer when the level loading screen reaches 100%, right before any 3D graphics are shown. It either displays a message that DirectDraw failed, urging me to restart the computer (which I have to do, since it only seems to display 256 colors after that and runs windows in a small 640x480 window) or it crashes the graphics driver with a blue screen. I tried setting several different graphics und audio options in game as well as in the setup when launching the game, all with the same result.
I've got a MacBook running WinXP under Boot Camp, with an Intel onboard graphics card. Updated to all latest drivers and service packs.
Does anyone experience the same issues and/or know a solution?

Intel onboard graphics card might be the problem. Is this the IntelGMA950 or 965 variant?

The Intel Update Utility says it's the GMA965
EDIT: The Error Message is the following by the way: "The igxprd32 display driver has stopped working normally ..."

Shot in the dark, but could be the intro video crashing it? Have you got the indeo codec installed? If not, get it from here

No, the video plays fine. It crashes right at the 100% mark of the loading screen, when I start a game. I can hear the music changing to the ingame music, but then it crashes.
Does the game have a software mode in its settings? Either that or try to find some older drivers for your chipset and roll them back a couple of times to see if any of the older ones work.

There's no software mode, unfortunately. I'll try the driver rollback though.
